                     Partial Payment Policy

  • By making one or more payments toward the purchase of qualifying merchandise, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of our Partial Payment Policy as follows:

  • You are placing an order for qualifying merchandise that will be sold to you at the price in effect on the date of your initial payment.

  • You may continue to make partial payments at your discretion until the qualifying merchandise is paid for in full. Please note that partial payment does not hold your selected merchandise or provide a guarantee that selected merchandise will be available upon your full payment. In the event that your selected merchandise is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered the option to purchase an alternative and substantially comparable product; or you can choose to cancel your order.

  • You may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund of payment(s) made. Your refund will be provided in the form of the prior payment(s), unless payment is made in cash, in which case the refund will be made in the form of a check.

  • Custom product and personalized orders made especially for you are not eligible for partial payments.

  • Delivery will not be scheduled until some or all items within your order are paid in full.

  • Free gift cards will not be awarded on partial pay orders; other promotions may be restricted.Provide multiple payment options: Offering multiple payment options can help increase customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment rates. Some popular payment options include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.

  • Be transparent about fees: Clearly communicate any fees associated with different payment methods to avoid any confusion or surprises for customers.

  • Ensure security: Implementing security measures such as SSL encryption and two-factor authentication can help protect customer data and prevent fraud.

  • Make the checkout process simple and intuitive: A complicated checkout process can lead to cart abandonment. Make sure your checkout process is simple and easy to use.

  • Offer refunds and returns: Providing a clear refund and return policy can help build trust with customers.

  • Provide customer support: Make sure you have a customer support system in place to address any issues or concerns that customers may have.
